DIRECTIONS

  • Layer salad greens, cranberries, cheese and walnuts in shallow salad bowl or on large serving platter. Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper in small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until well blended. Pour over salad. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
