- 1 (8 ounce) can cranberry sauce, jellied
- 3⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
- 6 pieces chicken breasts
directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard and orange peel until blended and smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, grill (or broil) chicken for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Brush with the sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling.

I did use just 4 chicken breasts (large ones, at that) in this recipe, but left everything else the same, & then held back about half of the sauce to serve on the side! Very tasty chicken, for sure, but another time I'd prefer to use some whole berry cranberry sauce instead of the jellied kind! Still that didn't detract from the great taste! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block recipe tag]
