- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1 (15 5/8 ounce) cranberry-orange quick bread mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
directions
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth and set aside.
- Place bread mix in another bowl.
- Combine milk, oil, and egg and stir into the bread mix until moistened.
- Fill paper lined muffins 1/4 full with batter.
- Place 2 teaspoons cream cheese mixture in the center of each, and top with the remaining batter.
- Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
- Bakke at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inseted in the muffins comes out clean.
- Coolfor 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
- Serve warm.

I started to learn to cook, after I got married, when my wife started working nights, and I couldn't get around because I had my entire left leg rebuilt. I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
