DIRECTIONS

  • Cover craisins with boiling water. Left soften for 10 minutes. Drain and chop.
  • In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Add the cranberries and mash them in a bit to diffuse the cranberry flavor.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve on good seed bread, croissants or Hawaiian rolls.
