- 2 slices light bread, toasted
- 1⁄2 avocado, mashed
- 2 ounces deli chicken
- 1 slice reduced-fat swiss cheese
- 1⁄4 cup craisins
directions
- Toast the bread. Layer cheese and chicken on one piece. Stir craisins into avocado and spread on the other slice of bread. Slap them together and enjoy!
