DIRECTIONS

  • Put the cranberries and orange juice in a non-reactive pot, cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until soft.
  • Stir in the sugar and zest and cook over low until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Increase the heat and bring to a full rolling boil for 3-5 minutes until the preserves reach the setting point. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal.
