  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Drain green beans and place in a 9" x 13" pan.
  • Cook bacon to crispness and then add to the drained green beans, stir well.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients (the crack sauce) and pour over the beans.
  • Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
  • Toss and serve.

  1. Excellent! If your soy sauce is tangy then you're using the wrong kind. LaChoy soy sauce is perfect and doesn't have that nasty tang of kikoman. The sweet and savory of this dish are perfectly balanced. We make this every holiday and the pan is scraped clean.
     
  2. The soy sauce ruined this recipe. It was too tangy and did not complement the green beans or bacon. Made For Christmas. No one liked it. Ended up throwing it out!
