    chili (birdseye finely chopped)

    tablespoon coriander (leaves finely chopped)

    cup parmesan cheese (grated)

    lime (juice of)

    slices sourdough bread (lightly toasted)
  • 1 -2
    tablespoon basil (leaves small to serve)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat grill/broiler on high.
  • In a bowl combine crabmeat, sour cream, chilli, coriander, parmesan and lime juice and season to taste and then spread over toasted sourdough.
  • Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Scatter over basil leaves to serve.
