ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 bone in pork chops, 3/4 - 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salsa (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
directions
- Preheat Grill to 350°F to 400°F
- In a bowl combine garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne.
- Drizzle pork chops with oil and lime juice and then rub with prepared seasonings.
- Place Chops on grill and cook 5-6 minutes per side, covering the grill while cooking.
- Top with Salsa and Sour cream for something extra special.
