Country Sliced Strawberry Salad With Goat Cheese and Pine Nuts

DRESSING
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Spanish onions, finely minced
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar (white or regular)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper

SALAD
- 1 (600 g) bag best country sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
- 1 lb baby spinach leaves
- 1⁄4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
directions
- DRESSING: Combine all ingredients. Gently toss strawberries with 1/2 cup dressing. Reserve remaining dressing for another use.
- SALAD; Arrange spinach leaves on a platter. Top with strawberries, crumbled goat cheese and pine nuts and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
