We really enjoyed this simple dish Mysterygirl. Great flavor and excellent textures. The addition of the tomatoe and celery is a nice touch. So much flavor, yummm. I have added this to our keeper box. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for May-Country Cooking/10 :)

What a nice and different way to serve cabbage. I liked the combination of ingredients. Next time I will try to shred the cabbage to get slightly larger pieces and cook the dish a little longer to blend the flavors better. My tomatoes in particular hadn't yet taken on the other flavors at the stated cooking time, and still tasted a bit like they just came from the can. Made for "Farm Cooking" Photo Tag.
