Country Beef and Vegetables

- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (26 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 cups hot cooked rice
- shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
- Add soup, Worcestershire and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice. Top with cheese.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
