  • Cut fat from chops.
  • Roll chops in flour and brown in skillet along with garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine parsley with 2 tbsp flour.
  • Butter a 2qt casserole dish and put 3 of the chops in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 of the flour and parsley mixture.
  • Top with 1/2 of the potatoes and onions.
  • repeat layers.
  • Mix milk, salt and mustard.
  • Pour over all and cover tightly.
  • Bake for 1-1/2 hrs at 350.
  • remove cover the last 30 minutes to brown.
  • You can use more chops and more potatoes.
