- 300 g cottage cheese
- 100 g grated cheese
- 150 g whole grain oats (not 'instant')
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 50 ml oil (optional)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast extract (Vegemite, Marmite etc.)
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (e.g. Italian herb mix)
directions
- Mix all ingredients well together.
- Press into a greased flan dish.
- Bake at 180 C for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, until brown.
