DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Spread the corned beef evenly over an 18 cm. flan dish, packing it up the sides.
  • Put all the chopped ingredients on top of the corned beef.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Pour on top of the vegetables.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve hot with boiled carrots and potatoes or cold with salad.
  • Can also be served on its own.
