  1. I love this! I use frozen corn. Sometimes I keep the recipe the same, sometimes I cut the oleo to 1T and add about 1/2 C salsa or taco sauce. Either way I make it, I don't bother melting the oleo or cream cheese. I just let it soften for a bit, then mix it together. I heat it in the microwave or toss it into the oven. It just depends on my mood. Delicious, very versatile, and a nice addition to either a holiday meal or an ordinary weekday dinner.

  4. This recipe was very easy to prepare. There were no problems with it other than my daughter and I did not care for it. My DH LOVED it. It was just too rich for me. After it was refrigerated and was cold, DD liked it. I took away one star just because I did not like the taste.

My husband passed away in February so now I am cooking for one.
