Corn Sausage Casserole

SIMPLE! So yummy, though! This was one of my favorite meals as a child; I recently got the recipe from my mother and I was surprised at how easy it was, but it still tasted like I remembered! Great served with hot sauce or salsa. Would make a great breakfast, although I think I've always eaten it as a dinner.

ingredients
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 4 -5 large eggs
- 2 cups cream-style corn
- pepper or sauteed onion, etc
directions
- Fry and crumble sausage.
- Mix eggs and corn together thoroughly; add sausage and seasonings/sauteed veggies.
- Turn into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hours.
