- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can yellow whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can white whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (can be reduced by half if need be)
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
directions
- In a 13X9 inch ungreased pan, combine all ingredients.
- Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, then continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
