Copycat - Moxies White Chocolate Brownie

"I found this recipe online a while ago, but I can't remember where so I'm posting it here for safe keeping. This is one of my favorite desserts and I was surprised that I wasn't able to find it on food.com! It's not great alone, it really does need to be warmed up and topped with ice cream to be anything special."

  1. WOW this was so good! Could you make it a 'brownie in a mug' for one portion and if so how low would you divide ingredients?

  2. Can you use Hersheys white chocolate chips instead of baking chocolate?

  1. Tastes great just like the Moxie's version. I used dark chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips.

  2. This recipe is great!!!! Everything was accurate including the bake time. Tastes amazing!!!!!!

  3. Yum, yum, yum. I used to work at Moxies and this was my all time favourite dessert so I couldn't WAIT to try this recipe. I'm pretty sure it was spot on although I didn't try it with ice cream (next time) or drizzle. I will definitely save this recipe and make it again soon. It definitely hit the spot since I moved out of Canada and can't get to an actual Moxies. I'm also baking at about 6000 feet so I should have tweaked it a little bit but it came out perfect in my opinion.

  4. Great recipe. I found my batter came out more like cookie dough. And after it was baked it was still a little like the dough. I think if I added more baking powder? I didn’t get the fluffy bake like texture. Not sure why? If anyone can help

  5. This does taste like the Moxies version! Just less butter. The original requires way way too much butter and margarine. (I have seen the original Moxies recipe) This recipe is a lot lighter and it tastes just the same! I would lighten the sugar next time because white chocolate in general is very sweet. Also add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
