I wanted to make a burger one night, but didn't want to just stick with the regular beef and bun. I looked in my fridge and my cupboards for inspirations and this is what I came up with.
Mince the serrano pepper and 1/4 clove of garlic. Then, mix all of the ingredients together and then size as desired. I found it was easier and quicker when I put a lid above my pan as to prevent burning.
