  • In a large bowl combine salt and flour.
  • Using mixing spoon, cut in tiny diced pieces of cold butter, mixing until flour looks like bread crumbs.
  • add water mixing continuously until you have thick dough.
  • Work dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Chill raw dough ball in fridge for at least 4 hours or over night.
  • Split in half on lightly floured surface, roll each pie crust in desired shape. I recommend rolling each crust to 1/8" - 1/4" thickness.
  • After filling pie and adding top crust, use sauce brush to spread beaten egg over the top crust getting every nook and cranny.
