DIRECTIONS

  • Add ghee in the warm milk.
  • Don't worry if it doesn't seem to mix well, the ghee will float on the surface.
  • drink this mixture preferably at bedtime or 30 min before breakfast
  • This mixture could be taken regularly, but usually when taken twice or thrice it regulates a normal bowel movement so you could take it on alternate days or twice a week suiting your needs.
