    pint freshly brewed tea (oolong)

    lemons, juice of
  • 1
    cup superfine sugar
  • 750
    ml champagne

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine the rum, brandy, Chartreuse, juices and tea in a large punch bowl.
  • Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Add ice then add the Champagne and stir.
  • serve.
