• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 2 cups chilled milk
• 4 teaspoons instant coffee powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
• 1⁄4 cup cream (optional)

directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process till well blended.
2. Pour in two glasses and serve.

This was very good and refreshing, especially on hot summer's day. I wasn't able to blend it smooth as my blender winds up making ice ball bearings, so I just poured and enjoyed it over crushed ice. Made for summer Comfort Cafe 2009.
