DIRECTIONS

  • Cream the butter, coffee and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Combine the flour and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  • Roll out to 1/4 inches thickness. Cut with a floured 2-3 inches round cookie cutter. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 300*F (155*C) for 20-22 minutes or until set.
  • Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Drizzle with white chips, then semi-sweet chips.
  • Store in an airtight container.
