Coffee Rub Steak Seasoning

"This is the best Steak rub!! I cook my steaks in a cast iorn skillet but they are just as good on the grill. I heat the skillet for 5 mins. I like my steaks medium rare so I cook the for 3 mins on each side only turning once."

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon ground coffee
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper, Cracked
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 steaks

directions

1. Combine all Ingredients except butter and Olive oiland mix well.
2. Cover Steaks in Olive Oil.
3. Rub seasoning on to steaks.
4. Cook to desired doneness and remove from heat to rest.
5. Place 1 TBSP butter on each steak.
