- Mix beer, egg, milk, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Dredge shrimp in batter mixture then redip a second time. Roll in coconut then let rest about 10 minutes.
- Heat oil and deep fry until golden.

DEEElisious! My family ate these as fast as I could get them out of the fryer. I was surprised that they were pretty easy to make.
