- 14 ounces coconut milk (light good)
- 4 ounces water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup jasmine rice
directions
- Bring coconut milk, water and salt to a simmer.
- Add rice, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- OR.
- Use ricemaker.
