Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies Czech Style

"These have no flour. Please don't make these till I can fix these. I haven't made them and don't want you to be disappointed."

• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats

directions

1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. Cream sugar and butter.
3. Add egg yolk.
4. Add cocoa and oats.
5. Fold in egg whites.
6. Drop on greased baking sheets by teaspoon.
7. Bake 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

This does not taste like anything other than heated oatmeal with a crust on it. When I put more of them into the oven I cooked for 11 minutes. I also added more cocoa and sugar. They tasted a lot better then, but I won't make them again.
