I am a mother who has been inspired by my hair. I know that sounds odd but let me explain. Back in 2003 I decided to embrace my naturally curly hair. On my journey to use the best hair care products I discovered the best things for my hair are also the best things for my body. As a result, all of my recipes promote the use the best ingredients that nature can offer. I look for recipes that are heart healthy and figure friendly but I do love the occasional cheatrecipe (aka cookies, cakes and candy).
