Cinnamon Roll Dough

"my hubby loves this recipe and it is even good the next few days if you warm it up in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel."

• Yields: 24 rolls
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons yeast
• 1⁄2 cup shortening or 1/2 cup oil
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 4 -5 cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten

directions

1. combine milk and water
2. heat until warm.
3. add yeast and 1 TBSP of sugar stir well.
4. add remaining ingredients.
5. let rise 2xs.
6. bake @ 350 F for 20 mins.
