  • Heat your BBQ up to medium-high heat.
  • Combine the oil and mustard in a bowl and dip the salmon into it covering both sides.

  2. This is a good way to make salmon. The primany taste is Cumin so unless you really love cumin don't use as much. I added garlic and ginger to the Oil and mustard. As my salmon had skin on one side I only treated the top side. There is no reason to turn over the salmon on the grill just cook it about 10-15 min with the top closed.
