I put my own spin on this recipe, by adding a about a 1/4 c vegetable broth (to thin) and 1 tsp soy sauce to taste. I mixed about a Tbsp of the dressing with prepared chopped chicken breast and added that to a plate greens. I topped it off with some chic peas and a few freshly fried flour tortilla strips. Quick and YUMMY and fairly light.

I made this this weekend just incase I ran out of Ranch. No one tried it, something new and Ranch was available. Well, I tried it tonight and said yum! I am fixing quesadilla's for dinner and this dressing is the bomb on them! Of course I add lettuce to mine and then instead of hot sauce this yummy dressing. It is spicey but oh so good. Thank you for sharing this yummy sauce! It's more then just a salad dressing. I will fix this again, my challenge now is to let everyone else try it:) Maybe the Ranch will disappear and I will force the issue:) A very nice green sauce for salads and more! Shirl
