Chunky Swiss Milk Chocolate Shortbread

- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup cornstarch
- tbps. sifted icing sugar
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Beat butter and superfine sugar in a large bowl with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Mix flour and cornstarch. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely . Sprinkle with icing sugar.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
