Chunky Strawberry Lemonade

- 10 -12 lemons
- 1 -2 lime
- 1 quart strawberry
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 cups cold water
directions
- Rinse and hull strawberries, put in bowl and sprinkle with the 2 T. sugar, set aside.
- Squeeze the lemons and limes into large bowl or gallon jar. (You should have about 16 0z juice from the fruit) Add the 2 cups sugar and half the water. Stir until sugar is disolved, add the remaining water.
- With a potato masher or fork, mash the strawberries, but leave semi chunky. Add to lemonade, stir well.

Absolutely awesome!!!! I had to literally take the pitcher away from my husband or he would have had the whole thing! I don't like chunks, so I ended up throwing the juice in the blender to make it more pureed. My husband loved it chunky and blended! I don't think I need to try any other strawberry lemonade recipes! This one is a winner!

This recipe was very refreshing! I only used 1 cup of sugar rather than two. I added 14 packets of Splenda no calorie sweetner in addition to the regular sugar. I even got a complement from my husbands friend who is very picky about what he eats and drinks. So thats saying a lot! Thanks for sharing!
