  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef and onion, stirring to separate meat.
  • Spoon off fat.
  • Add soup, water, beans, vinegar and chilies.
  • Reduce heat to low and heat through.
  • Last half hour add tomato paste and heat.
