Christmas Cranberry Cake

ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup graham cracker
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup nutmeats, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup cooking oil
directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Stir in cranberrieis, raisins, nuts and orange rind.
- Add beaten egg, orange juice, and orange rind. Stir.
- Bake in loaf pan in 350F oven for one hour.

Made this pretty much as written but did add a slight bit more of the orange zest, & all for A GREAT TASTING DESSERT! Really enjoyed the combo of cranberries, raisins & the almonds that I used! Another time though, I'd like to make this in a Bundt pan for a more decorative & festive result! Thanks for sharing the recipe! <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
