Chow Mein Chicken Casserole

"Super Easy & Super Good! I don't remember where I aquired this one, so I'll take the credit for it! Just throw it together and bake. I often use reduced fat/fat free cream of chicken soup and evaporated milk - still tastes great!"

  1. I have made this recipe since my kids were little (25 years or so). I have to say that kids love this casserole! It is good if you like the taste of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup, as that is the brand of canned soup I purchase for this recipe. Instead of topping with croutons I slice the crusts off of buttered bread, cut the bread in fourths, and place the pieces butter side up on top of the casserole, fitting the pieces together like a puzzle to cover the whole surface. Makes a great kid friendly casserole!
