Chocolate Throw Together Donuts

"This is another recipe for use in the Dazey Donut Factory. See my recipe for Plain Donuts if you have the unit but not the manual that comes with it if you purchase it new."

• Yields: 10 donuts

ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour, sifted
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup boiling water
• 1⁄2 cup sour milk (to sour, add 1/2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice)

directions

1. Combine in any order, the result is the same. Mix with electric mixer. Bake 5 minutes.
