Chocolate Ice Cream (No Eggs)

• Yields: 4 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2⁄3 cup white sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
• 3 1⁄4 cups heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until sugar has dissolved.
2. Pour into ice cream maker.
3. Once the ice cream has churned, put into plastic containers and freeze for at least a couple hours before eating.
