- Melt chocolate and margarine over very low heat.
- Stir sugar into chocolate mixture; add eggs and vanilla stir until completely mixed. Mix in flour until well blended. Stir in nuts.
- Spread in greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
- Prepare topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth.
- Spoon over brownie batter mixture in pan, swirl with knife to make a "marble" pattern.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
- Cool in pan on a rack; cut cream cheese brownies into squares.
