All I can say is these cookies are FANTASTIC! And they're so easy to make. I really am impressed, because who would have thought a low fat cookie would taste so delicious. I love the depth that the oats and whole wheat give this cookie...it really is quite good. I also wanted to note I guess I made my cookies larger than the poster, because I only got 34 out of this batch.

Ultimate Healthy Gourmet Cookie That is what I would name these delicious cookies. They got WOW's from everyone. I did make some adjustments ...I used all whole-wheat flour, old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup splenda and 1/2 cup brown sugar, walnut oil in place of butter and I added 1 tablespoon of Molly Butter (since I didn't use butter). I did have to add extra milk to moisten...probably because I used all whole-wheat flour. GREAT! Soft coming out of the oven but they get crunchy! PERFECT!
