This is a fantastic recipe! It is not only quick and delicious, but absolutely easy to add different ingredients and still come out great! I added 1/2 c. wheat flour with the 2c. of flour and added wheat germ, 1/2 c. oatmeal and 2T. milk. These were fantastic and I even doubled the recipe, froze half of the dough-made the balls then froze on a cookie sheet until firm, then placed in a plastic bag-they still cooked and tasted great! I got rave reviews on these!
