Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

ingredients
- 2 cups butter, 1 lb (Room Temperature)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Use an upright blender and sequentially combine the ingredients:
- Blend Butter.
- Add Brown Sugar.
- Add Vanilla.
- Add Flour.
- Add Chocolate chips.
- Blend together until the dough releases from the sides of the bowl.
- Transfer unto a Parchment Paper lined cookie sheet.
- Spread and hand press the dough evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 20 min, wait for the dough to double in height, then cook for 2 more minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Avoid use of oven light.
- Let stand for 10 min., cut into bars/squares. Squares will firm up when cool - best served warm.
