CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE Smoothie

"If you are craving the taste of chocolate cheesecake but don't want the hassle of preparation and baking (and waiting for the cool-down) then this is your recipe!"

• Yields: 12 ounces
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1 tablespoon beaten egg, mixture
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
• 2 -3 ice cubes

directions

1. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and place into cup of Magic Bullet or similar blender.
2. Microwave uncovered for 10-15 seconds until cheese is softened to a blending consistency.
3. Beat one egg into a small bowl. Measure out one tablespoon of egg mixture and add to blender cup.
4. Add remaining ingredients to blender cup and blend for 30 seconds until frothy.
5. Pour into serving glass and enjoy!
