DIRECTIONS

  • Melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set.
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks Fold into the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Shape into 1" balls.
  • Roll into ground nuts.
  • Place on waxed paper to set up.
  • Store in an air tight container.
