1. Def not my favorite. These were spongey and more cake-like. I didn't care for the taste either. For me they weren't worth the calories.

 2. this was rilly good thanks Ellie

 3. I made this for work. It was easy, tasted great and sold well. I doubled the recipe very easily. Thanks for a great recipe.

 4. Very good brownies! Moist, yet surprisingly light. Just the right amount of chocolate. I served them for dessert with a dollop of whipped cream, a marachino cherry, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

 5. These came out good. I prefer a more cake-like brownie and these were gooey, so I don't think I would make them again. But that is just a personal preference. I had to cook them for about 33 minutes to get them all the way done, but that may have been because of my oven. I omitted the walnuts because I didn't have any. Overall, this was a quick, simple, yummy recipe!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
