Chocolate Banana Pudding Pops

- 3⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into ice pop molds and freeze 12 hours.
