- 1 package English muffin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (10 ounce) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package dried beef, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
directions
- Split English muffins and butter them lightly.
- Toast in the oven under the broiler.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread mixture over toasted muffins.
- Place muffins back into the oven until the cheese bubbles.
