Chipotle Pork and Avocado Wrap

"From Southern Living under 300 calories sandwiches! This is yummy! The orginal recipe calls for another Southern Living recipe "Simply Roasted Pork" to be used. I usually use deli ham. Cook time is assembly time."

  1. This was a delicious wrap for lunch. Had it with a just a nice green salad. I find it great that it is so quick to put together. The flavors really went so well together. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing your recipe SarahBeth.

  2. Very good, healthy, and easy too. I think the chipotle is a bit strong and would omit the salt next time. I freeze my chipotle in dixie cups in half chile portions and then defrost them in refrigerator. Thank you SarahBeth for sharing. Made for Everyday is a Holiday.

  3. Perfect mix of heat and cool. The spices are just perfect in this wrap. And the flavors are so well balanced. Needles to say you can tell I loved it, however DH said it was a little tangy for him (he does not to spice or heat well). For a quick super yummy lunch this is a must try. Thanks for the post.
